Refund policy
We know some days can be frustrating because the outcome didn't go the way you wanted. Swearing-in day for all the idiot politicians you didn't vote for is one of those days. Receiving a product from us shouldn't be. Please read this policy carefully before reaching out.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, contact us within five (5) business days at support@potmetalpolitics.com with photos of the damage and the packaging. You will receive an automated confirmation once your claim is received. Our fulfillment partner will review the claim and either replace your product or issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that once a refund is processed on our end, it may take up to 14 business days for your bank or credit card company to post it — that timeline is outside our control.
Product is Not to Your Liking
If your product arrived in good condition but simply isn't what you expected, we accept unused items within 30 calendar days of delivery. To initiate a return, email support@potmetalpolitics.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Once approved, you will receive an RMA number by email. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package and ship the item back at your expense — we do not provide prepaid return labels for non-defective returns. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and unused, with tags attached and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
We will inspect returned items within 5 business days of receipt. Items returned with dirt, stains, odors, scratches, tears, or any signs of wear will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
Upon approval, you have two options:
Option 1 — Store Credit: Receive store credit equal to the full product price to use on any future purchase.
Option 2 — Cash Refund: Because many of our products are made to order, cash refunds are subject to a restocking fee equal to the original outbound shipping cost. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method. Please note it may take up to 14 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund — this is outside our control.
Return Abuse Policy
We reserve the right to limit or deny return privileges to customers with a pattern of excessive returns. Customers who submit three (3) or more return requests within any 12-month period may have future return requests declined at our sole discretion. We are happy to serve customers who engage with us in good faith.
Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased during a sale may be returned per the policy above.
- Clearance items and gift cards are final sale — no returns or refunds of any kind.
