Shipping Policy
Pot Metal Politics ships to addresses within the United States only at this time.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $60 or more within the USA. Orders under $60 are subject to standard shipping rates calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Processing & Production Time
Because many of our products are made to order, each item goes through a production process before it ships. Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be produced and prepared for shipment. This is separate from the shipping transit time.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays.
Shipping & Delivery Time
Once your order has been produced and handed off to the carrier, standard delivery typically takes an additional 3–5 business days within the continental United States. Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer.
Estimated total time from order to delivery: 5–12 business days.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather events, and high-volume periods (such as holidays) may extend delivery times beyond these estimates.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use that number to track your package directly through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's system to update.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Pot Metal Politics is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at support@potmetalpolitics.com. We will do our best to correct it, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered production.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbors and any secure package locations at your address
- Wait 24–48 hours — carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered before they arrive
- Contact us at support@potmetalpolitics.com if the package still has not arrived
We will work with the carrier to investigate. Packages confirmed lost in transit will be replaced or refunded. Pot Metal Politics is not responsible for packages confirmed delivered to the correct address that are subsequently stolen.
Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday seasons, production and shipping times may be longer than usual. We recommend placing orders at least 3 weeks in advance of major holidays to avoid delays.
